1、Silicone Rubbers Field:
WACKER HDK® fumed silica. The reinforcement of HTV silicone rubber is influenced by its median particle size, specific surface area and its structure. Normally, the smaller the median particle size is, the higher the specific surface area is; and the better the structure is, the better the effect of physical reinforcement is.

2、Recommended new product: U.S. SILICA MIN-U-SIL and calcined kaolin clay :
Good additives, resulting in good reinforcing effect. Besides, they act as fillers in the rubber products and they can improve the manufacturability.
3、The application of imported PTFE fine powder in rubber industry:
PTFE fine powder can be added into Fluorine rubber, polyurethane rubber, NBR, SBR, thermoplastic polyurethane and soft PVC, etc. It can drastically reduce the coefficient of friction surface and wearing and prolong the time of heating up. Moreover, it prevents sealing washers and pads from sticking and sliding. Meanwhile, it improves the demould properties when it’s done.
