MIN-U-SIL fine ground silica
MIN-U-SIL fine ground silica is a natural crystal quartz product which exploited by U.S.SILICA. It has high purity（the content of SIO2 more than 99.5% ），even particle size distribution，high whiteness and brightness，low moisture content good characteristics. It is especially suitable for applications which require improving the hardness of paint films and reinforce. It can be instead of the import titanium powder to reduce the cost.
According to the particle sizes it has 5 types：5 u，10 u，15 u，30 u ，40 u

Construction coating、road sign coating：mix with TiO2 to increase coating abrasive resistance and control the gloss by defoaming.
Industrial anti-rust protection coating：MIN-U-SIL has good chemical security、acid resistance、heat resistance and anti-rust resistance properties.
Silicone rubber: MIN-U-SIL can mix with various kinds of titanium powder fillers without any vulcanization effect, it is a good semi-reinforcing additives
Wire and cables：heat resistance, one of the important factors is chemical inert and cost efficiency
Filler：it is used in the polyester、epoxy、urethanes materials or mix with phenolic resin.
Plastic：used in thermoplastic plastic to improve heat resistance and stability and lower the cost.If used in thermosetting plastic，it has good stability and low expansion rate. Furthermore it can mix with resins （polyester、epoxy）or high temperature insulation material.
Epoxy resin injection molding：MIN-U-SIL has durability without any chemical changes, to improve physical strength in electronic industry. It has high loading capacity to cast the IC board and ignition coil.
